All intellectual property created by Joomstore remains the property of Joomstore until full payment is received. Upon final payment, the client is granted ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Joomstore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including any loss of data or business.

7. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party tools, plugins, or platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of service of those third-party services.
